    A: Sure thing! For instant, Hendoo has ensured clients that for car lift there is 10 years warranty of sealing part inside the pump and 1 year warranty of the whole lifting structure .

    Q: How to buy Hendoo products?

    A: Any product online is for sale . Product is for direct purchase at online shop, prices online are not included any freight. Please confirm the total cost with us before purchasing.

    Hendoo specializes in managing one container purchasing or optimized purchasing requirement. There shall be difference in configuration parameter/custom declaration/ design requirement etc. for diffierent countries and regions, it's better to make sure of everything before purchasing.

Every product we sell has been matured with long-term acceptance by market.     Q:How to get the product if I decide to purchase?

    A:Online shop will provide with product available to retailers. For wholesale dealers Hendoo generally email the only appointed bank account info and the formal PI to them through Info@hendoo.cc. By confirming the arrival of payment,the sales team of Hendoo would arrange the production/packing/official document making/ and track every step to make sure the goods handed to buyer perfectly.     • A down payment before production and the balance payment before shipping or carrier are required
    • Hendoo offers the only bank account info by official mail

    Delivery

    • Booking container is conducted  ahead of delivery, and all document for receiving goods shall be issued to buyer after payment completes
    • Tip: freight is not included in product prices

    Maintenance tips

    • Any damage part found when receiving the good shall be solved within 48 hours
    • Any issue of products and accessories in service shall be recorded as videos and pictures and email them to Hendoo aftersales team.
